With a classical background Fabrice Charles (1968) develops his artistic work through several fields : improvisation, interpretation, creation & pedagogy. Teaches trombone & tuba, he regularly makes interventions in the school domain to increase the pupils awareness to instruments of the Brass family. He conducts the "Fanfare de la Touffe" : improvised fanfare composed of non-musicians. He plays in duo with Benjamin Bondonneau, in the "Peuple des falaises", with Bondonneau, Sébastien Cirotteau (trumpet), Beñat Achiary (vocals) & Laurent Charles (saxophones) (release end of 2009 on Amor fati)
