"Southern Kind of Slang" is the first solo album by Julien Pras, singer in CALC, master of pop and sensitive songs for more than 15 years now. This personal piece of work sways between acoustic folk inspiration and baroque arrangements (strings, piano, flutes, percussions…). The 11 tracks of "Southern Kind of Slang" display a rainbow of emotions, thanks finely crafted melodies and the tightest of instrumentation by the author himself. Watch out Sufjan Stevens !!
