Their music is like electro-rock but with that little something exotic-pop candor, it is difficult not to love. Their identity is signed Freak Fabric : The EP’s cover in a very refined style of the band’s universe. This Ep is a kind of foretaste of the Easy Rocket album will look like, since will be released several months later. Berenice and Manuel, armed with a few galactic keyboards surfing on blown beats, themselves driven by rhythmic bass lines and explosive guitar riffs, seem like the soft vitamin touch of this electronic spring.
The Ep has five tracks, including original and four remixes, respectively led by Punx Soundcheck, The Boomzers, Tuff Wheelz and D. Vice. These remixes respect the soul of the song original and are careful to not distorting the voice and the melodies.
The single « Easy Rocket » will be supported by a video clip where geometric spaceships invade the sky, sowing panic in the crowd and turning its inhabitants into hungry zombies. InDaPROD (producer of the clip) illustrates the song in a perfect aesthetics style.
First to enter the scene, Punx Soundcheck have already produced their third album, no wonder, they had worked in production since 1998. Here, the band expanded to new members, offer a remix of both rhythmic and melodic.
The Boomzers Italian version, more aggressive, is giving the feeling that this rocket is struggling to take off and is fighting with its internal apparatus to escape. Mark and Brian, after several collaborations with Crux Records, come back (in the crowd of Rowentah ! Their last Ep on Boxon) for a brand new explosive remix.
Formed in 2007, Tuff Wheelz’s sole purpose is to make people dance with their four hands. The duo uniting Sevenfive and Leroy Washington, representing the Bordeaux scene propels their remix in a smooth way with reverberations. Our imagination leads us into a rhythmic jungle, inhabited by monkeys swinging from vine to vine. It's time to get to the obvious: the bloody sounds are not reserved to the rock style!
D.Vice juggles between electro-dirty and heavy bass sounds. Discover by Etienne de Crecy for his « Binary Days » remix. D.Vice offers us a nice surprise with more catchy interpretation, which will make clubbers dance.
Easy Rocket Remix Ep is just an appetizer for the upcoming album : a real delight where various artists from various world agree in unison to sing the same song, each in its own way.
