Boxon Makes Me Bloody

1/ Arrived in 2009 in Boxon Records label , Y is a collective of artists with a prolific musical past. Here remixed by Costello, another artist of the label, « Hello Bye Bye » is refreshed for this compilation 2011.

2/ The Zombie Kids is one of the most popular musical projects in Spain, their native country. « L’Ecole » featuring Moi gives us the strange impression that these boys are pretty outraged at the idea of revising.

3/ Super Commodore has been discovered by Pharrell, from Fluokids collective at the beginning of his career. Slowly Super Commodore is becoming a « Busy » artist, as confirmed by his title track for the Boxon Rec compilation.

4/ Gloumout comes from a classical background. One of the best Canadian label, Bugeyed Records has also recently integrated him. So, « Do You Like » Gloumout ?

5/ The Edge, one of the leading groups of Chaphi records, reconnect with their dark side with this song, which meets the sweet name of « Jesus ». Straight from Paris, the hell quartet cares its rave party's beats, which rhythm melody is made from solidly worked riffs.

6/ Confirmed acoustic musician BioBlitz is demanding of himself. His world, in a real dynamic electro / dirty, permits him to play alongside Lowkey, Dick Lorentz, Damsey, or Far Too Loud... « Stereofunk », worthy of a Mr Oizo production possessed by an evil spirit will delight the fans of the genre.

7/ AccessDenied formed in 2003 in Belarus. The project electro, breaks and nu-rave at the same time is very popular in Russia and across Europe. The far North definitively inspires artists of the electronic scene, the proof with « Intrigant ».

8/ Meisterfackt sign in 2009 a slew of remixes for artists such as Nasser, Anything Maria or Ed Laliq... « Ganesha », title present on the Lp is definitely inspired by fidget-house, while keeping this yesteryear acid-house touch so smooth to our ears.

9/ Founder in 2007 of his own label, Dopefish AUDIO, Belgian Dopefish mixes hip-hop influences, drum and bass and dance to dj sets on fire. With « Rewind », in a Death Race style, the compilation confirms that Dopefish is an artist who holds the road !

10/ David and Thomas create Bone Machine to impose themselves on a scene they have coveted for ages : with the disturbing track « Don't Lie To Me » they assure their audience that they do not laugh anymore.

11/ Sovnger is a multifaceted artist, indeed, he is also known on the electro scene as « Knuckles ». Among his most powerful remixes, there are Alex Gopher's track « Handguns », and the inevitable « What I Like » from Blake. Hoping that the « Pacemaker » offered by Sovgner will help to restart your heart, very worn out by all this compilation !

12/ The New York-based electro-rock band The Fire And The Reason, here remixed by Eclier with the song « It Starts With One » in a style diametrically opposed to the original song, a bit pop. Eclier's version, colder and siberic, is more than a simple remix, it is a real cover song. Remixing a group known around the world is a challenge the young Russian has brilliantly risen.
